He holds an MBA from Victoria University, which strengthens his strategic and managerial capabilities in leading complex developments. Combining technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on leadership, Mr. Ooi drives Rainbow Plus’s vision of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused developments across northern Malaysia.

Director Ooi Hai Loon, with extensive international experience in engineering, business development, and strategic marketing. Formerly with Intel Microelectronics Malaysia, he later served as Business Development Manager in Taiwan, supporting Intel’s regional IT hardware initiatives across Asia, including Japan, China, and India. He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Bath, UK, and a Master’s in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK. A visionary leader, Mr. Ooi combines technical expertise and business acumen to drive Rainbow Plus’s growth and innovation.
